Absolutely! Each time you refer someone who purchases a personal training package, we’ll give you one free session.

How quickly will I begin to see results?

Immediately, you will experience better sleep, resulting in improved mood, concentration and productivity, as well as more energy. You can also expect a reduction in stress, as well as a boost in confidence and self-esteem. Factors such as frequency of training and commitment to recommended lifestyle changes do impact the timeframe for reaching your goals, so we will help you set realistic goals based on those factors, and make changes to your program when necessary to ensure you are on track.

What does my first session entail?

During your first session, you will be given a fitness assessment to determine your baseline fitness level. This assessment includes tests for aerobic capacity, body composition, endurance, flexibility and strength. In addition, you will be asked to complete a Lifestyle Questionnaire and Health History Questionnaire. Based on this information and your goals, we will work with you to build your personalized fitness program.

Do I need fitness equipment of my own?

You do not need fitness equipment of any kind. We can give you an effective, safe workout without the use of equipment. In accordance with your personalized fitness program, we may bring portable equipment periodically for diversity, or we can incorporate any equipment you may already have available to you.

Is my trainer certified and insured?

Yes, all Personal Peak Trainers are certified and insured
